Code Enforcement Board Meeting
The Code Enforcement Board promotes, protects and improves the health, safety and welfare of the citizens and enhances property values by enforcing city codes, applies the appropriate remedies and promotes compliance. Activities of the Board can include the imposition of fines and other non-criminal penalties where a pending or repeated violation continues to exist. Must be resident of Melbourne to become a member.
The board meets approximately every six weeks at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber.
